DIY: Easy Love letter Garland

So with valentines fast approaching I thought it was time to make some cute decorations! I absolutely love valentines day decor! Everything is pink and Hearts, just add glitter and I’m a happy girl! I wish it was like this all year round! Since it’s not we have to make the most of the little bit of time we get!

Here’s what you need:

10 White envelopes
Red Ribbon (cut to the length you want your garland)
Glue Stick
Thick Black Marker
Scissors

STEP ONE

Take one envelope and insert a piece of paper in the fold of the flap of the envelop is on top of the paper. With you thick black marker outline the flap of the envelope.

STEP TWO

Take your ribbon, starting about a hands length from the edge, and place it in the cream of your envelope.

STEP THREE

With your glue stick, cover the inside of the flap with glue and fold the envelope closed making sure the ribbon is still in place.

STEP FOUR

Repeat until you have reached the end of the ribbon.I left about 2 1/2 inches in between envelopes and remember to leave about a hands worth of space at both ends of the ribbon. Here is what your finished product will look like.
